Terms and Conditions

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you decide to return your order, please call customer service at 631-385-1981 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST or e-mail customerservice@laughingmoonltd.com for a return authorization number and instructions. We will credit the purchase price of the product(s) to your credit card for returns made within 14 days. Your only obligation is shipping charges. Returns between 15 and 30 days from receipt will be via store and/or online credit. Orders over 30 days are final.

For your protection all credit card information is collected on secure servers. We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. We strive to maintain stock on all items listed on the website. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you promptly with a estimated ship date. We retain the right to cancel orders for products that we no longer carry.

In the event of typographical errors, we retain the right to refuse or cancel orders with the incorrect price or information.

Damages During Shipping

We ship FOB our location in Huntington, NY. In the event of damage during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately and keep all packing materials.
